On September 1, 2007, Clay Buchholz of the Boston Red Sox no-hit the Baltimore Orioles in his second Major League appearance. I say, “Wow.” He’s the first rookie in Red Sox history to record a no-hitter. That’s something else! Hat’s tipped. Take a bow kid. By the way, Sox win 10-0!!! More to come…

Clay Buchholz, in the multiple games I’ve seen him pitch in Pawtucket this season, has only thrown a max of 92MPH. For the first out of the ninth inning, he topped 94MPH! More to come…
